I wanted to drop you a quick line to say how pleased I have been with the service at V&M.
I have been for 3 hair cuts now with Cloe. She understood my needs and problems very quickly and has helped me to grow and change my hair style in a way which I am very happy with.
I had previously had disastrous hair cuts (somewhere else) and was thinking that this was just the way it had to be - I have problem hair and would just have to put up with it. Cloe has shown that this is not the case and there are things you can do.
